Hehr International congratulates Doug Gerding (center on the picture) on his Distinguished Businessman of the Year Award from The Chesaning Chamber of Commerce.

As quoted in the citizen Publisher the presenter Jim Johnston praised Gerding for his loyalty, leadership, initiative, compassion, generosity, supportiveness and trust. In the recognition speech Johnston also thanked Doug Gerding for his avid support of Chesaning Showboat, the Saginaw Fair, local festivals and local businesses, generosity towards the library, schools, the playscape project, historical museum, Chesaning Senior Center, CAER and countless other functions within the school district and community.
