 Hehr International Polymers creates systems for 100% polyurea resins, polyaspartic 100% aliphatic polyureas, polyurethane-polyurea hybrids, polyester and VOC-free epoxy flooring as well as primers based on solvent-free epoxy, water-based acrylic-urethanes, and epoxy-acrylics.  The majority of HEHR products are two-component systems, aliphatic and aromatic, offering fast application and accelerated cure coatings for a broad range of specialty and performance markets.

Two-component Polyurea Spray Coatings

a.     HP 1332 – premium grade aromatic 100% polyurea

b.     HP 1563 – 100% polyurea for bedliners and general industrial applications

c.     HP 1358 – hybrid polyurea for price-critical applications

d.     EMP – epoxy-modified 100% polyurea

e.     Several polyaspartic (true aliphatic) 100% polyurea systems

Aliphatic Topcoats

a.     HP 1495 – solvent polyaspartic topcoat for HP 1332 and flooring topseal

b.     HP 1430 – 100% solids polyaspartic for roll-on/brush flooring topseal

c.     HP 1445 – somewhat softer version of HP 1430

d.     HP WBAU – single-component water-based acrylic urethane

Flooring Resins

a.     EPH-LV – economic, low-viscosity rapid-cure Bisphenol A epoxy system

b.     QCE-II –  modified version of EPH-LV with acrylic oligomer for added toughness

c.     QCE-III – quick curing Bisphenol F for added chemical resistance

d.     HP 1164FN – reduced VOC/reduced odor polyester flooring resin

a.     HP 1559 – hybrid polyurea joint system

b.     HP TR90 – premium polyurea joint system for use in cold temperatures and extended geltime applications. 

Primers

a.     WBAU – water-based acrylic urethane

b.     WBEA – Two-component acrylic-modified water-based epoxy

c.     Hehr Grip (HP 1484) – single-component isocyanate/solvent primer
